Sun’s TRON rises and shines amid crypto winter
While 2022 was a downward slope for most altcoins, Justin Sun’s Tron (TRX) was hit by the crypto thunder more slightly than most competing altcoins. To illustrate, TRX has only lost 29.6% of its value from one year ago, while neighbors on the OG altcoin (LTC) and two-year memecoin (SHIB) crypto charts have lost 53% and 76% of their market prices of 2021, respectively. .
At press time, the 12th-ranked TRX is trading at $0.054188, according to CoinGecko. Posting a slight deficit of 2.9% over the past seven days, Tron’s survival kit during this bear market appears to be in good shape, with the altcoin even managing to post 1.2% monthly gains during the current volatility.
