Godfather malware is draining banking and crypto accounts — what you need to know


Currently, Android users in 16 countries around the world are under attack by a banking malware called ‘Godfather’, which is capable of stealing account credentials from over 400 different banking and crypto applications.

First discovered by ThreatFabric In March of last year, the Godfather Trojan was significantly updated and improved since then according to a new report (opens in a new tab) from the cybersecurity firm Group-IB.
